A highest-RTP listing on this site is a pass-or-fail result. Six checks run in a fixed order. The licence check is first. A brand whose Kahnawake number cannot be matched on the public register is not scored on return figures, cashiers, or anything else. Each check has a written pass line and a written fail line. There is no partial score. A brand that fails any one of the six does not appear.

1. Register-Matched Kahnawake Licence. This check runs first. Pass: the licence number printed in the footer and in the terms matches an active row on the public register at gamingcommission.ca. The operating entity on that row is the same entity named in the terms. Fail: no number in the footer or the terms. A number is printed but the register does not list it. The register row is marked lapsed or suspended. The company name on the register does not match the terms. We copy the number ourselves and search it. A crest in the footer is not a register hit. 2. Separate RTP Readings by Game Type. Studios ship the same title at more than one return figure. We do not fold those figures into one band. Pass: sampled titles from the live lobby show 96%+ on slots, on the highest build the studio ships for that title. A separate title is opened for video poker. That title must show up to 99.9% on video poker where the full-pay schedule is the table actually loaded. Blackjack pays 3:2, not 6:5. Fail: a majority of sampled slots sit below 96%. Video poker is sold as a premium game on a short-pay table. A natural pays 6:5. The figure in the paytable does not match the studio sheet. Best slot builds sit in the 96–98% band.
